Come to Oshkosh this Labor Day Weekend for Wisconsin’s Best Rib Fest! Delicious BBQ, great live bands, 5k run, and more on beautiful Lake Winnebago! August 31st through September 3rd, 2018.

Nothing says “summer” like barbecue and Wisconsin’s Best Rib Fest promises just that. Heaping helpings of delicious BBQ ribs prepared by the award-winning vendors of The National Barbecue Cookers Association (NBCA). Sweet, spicy, smoky – everyone has their own special way of doing BBQ and you can try as many as you’d like, so come hungry!

Despite the name, the festival offerings aren’t limited to just ribs. Other options include BBQ chicken and brisket, roasted corn, mac and cheese, and other sides. You could eat yourself to stuffed and never even touch a rib, if that’s your preference. Beer, malt beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks will also be available.

Wisconsin’s Best Rib Fest also includes live bands! Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will see a number of great of bands performing a variety of genres. Something for everyone and all of it good time, up on your feet music. Rib Fest also includes backyard BBQ games, and a midway with rides.

Other related events include the 5K Rib Run/Walk, a Cornhole Tournament, Local BBQ Cook-Off, and cooking demonstrations. This is also the weekend of Shake The Lake, the “Bristol of Boat Racing” on Lake Winnebago’s Millers Bay (Sep 1-2, 11am-4pm). It all adds up to an amazing weekend of fun in Oshkosh!
